Through this service, you can apply for stamping an official document issued from the Notary Public Section, so that you can implement it outside the United Arab Emirates._

Service Process
- Submit the application and required documents through available channels.
- Pay the prescribed fees, when the request is approved
- Verify your identity when appearing before the notary public, by any available means
- Receive the document duly notarised for use abroad.

Rules and Conditions
- If the applicant is a representative of a principal, he should bring a proof indicating so, and such evidence must indicate that the applicant is authorised to complete the required action.
- If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice.
- Any document issued abroad must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- The document terms shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion.
