- If the present is an attorney, he must submit the original power of attorney that states his powers for what he wants to prove and acknowledge.
- If the person concerned is deficient or deceased , his legal representative shall attend on his behalf. A Document proofing his representation must be presented; It must also be verified that a third party legally owns the act in question.
- In the case of revocable divorce, a certificate of non-marital review must be submitted from the Department of Family Guidance.
- If the document was issued by a foreign entity, it must be attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- If the document was written in a language other than Arabic, it must be translated by a legal translator and certified by the Ministry of Justice.
- If the document submitted for the acknowledgment of the divorce was a judicial ruling issued from outside the country, it must be given the executive form by the competent department in the court.
