Through this service, you can apply for notarising a POA whereby the principal appoints another person to act on his behalf in any matter related to his horses and equestrian. He may also authorise the attorney’s signature.

Service Process

  • Submit the application and required documents through any available channels.
  • Pay the applicable fees once the request is approved.
  • Verify your  appearance before the Notary Public through any available means.
  • Receive the notarised POA

  • AED 100 for each year of the POA validity ​
Rules and Conditions

Rules and Conditions

  • The maximum period for the POA validity is 3 calendar years after the date of notarisation.
  • If the applicant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others.
  • If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified  by the Ministry of Justice.
  • Any document issued abroad must be attested by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
  • The POA clauses shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion
