Through this service, you can apply for notarising a contract whereby the principal appoints another person to act on his behalf in all legal and permissible matters in respect of trade license(s) of a company, establishment or the incorporation of a specific company or establishment. He may also authorise the attorney’s signature._

- Submit the application and required documents through any available channels.
- Pay the applicable fees once the request is approved.
- Verify your appearance before the Notary Public through any available means.
- Receive the notarised POA.

- AED 100 for each year of the POA validity

Rules and Conditions
- The maximum period for the POA validity is 3 calendar years after the date of notarisation.
- If the applicant is a representative of a principal, he should bring his original POA, comply with the powers granted to him by his principal, and have the right to appoint others.
- If the document is not in Arabic, it should be translated by a legal translation office certified by the Ministry of Justice.
- Any document issued abroad must be attested by the competent authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
- The POA clauses shall be clear and explicit, without any erasure or deletion
