1. Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels.
2. Pay the prescribed fees.
3. Communicate with the competent prosecution using the available means, if required.
4. Get the permission for cassation appeal if approved.

- A valid UAE ID card.
- A notarized Power of Attorney in case of proxy.
- The lawyer's card or his representative in the event that the request is submitted by the lawyer.
- The commercial license in case the application is submitted in the name of the license.
- Copies of judgments.
