- Communicate with the competent prosecution using the available means, if required.
- Obtain a decision on the outcome of the grievance

- A valid UAE ID card.
- A notarized Power of Attorney in case of proxy.
- The attorney's card or his representative in the event that the request is submitted by the attorney.
- The commercial license in case the application is submitted in the name of the license.
- The documents supporting the application, if any.
- A memorandum explaining the reasons for the grievance.
