Request for Permission to Report an Incident

Service Process

• Submit the application and required documents through available channels.
• The request is presented to the competent public prosecutor
• Receive a copy of the permission to report an incidence, in case of approval

Required Documents

• Valid Emirates ID
• Notarized power of attorney, in case of proxy
• Copy of lawyer’s or his delegate’s license card, if the request is submitted through a lawyer
• Commercial license if the request is made in the name of a company
• Supporting documents, if any
