Issuing a Work Permit (Domestic Worker)

Service Process

1. Register/Log in to the system by providing valid credentials or by using UAE PASS via The Link
2. Selecting the procedure Issuing a new entry permit from the list of procedures in the list of services
3. Enter the unified number of the domestic worker in case the worker is inside the country
4. Complete the details
5. Attach the required documents
6. Pay fees
7. After the contract is approved
8. Select the procedure for renewing the residence permit from the list of procedures in front of the name of the worker
9. Complete the details
10. Attach the attachments
11. Pay fees
12. Signing the recruitment contract, or undertaking in the case of direct recruitment
13. The signature is done electronically by the employer

Mobile Application

1. Log in to the application by providing valid credentials
2. Go to the list of services
3. Click on the new entry permit service
4. Enter the unified number of the domestic worker in case the worker is inside the country
5. And click on Next
6. Complete the details
7. Attach the required documents
8. Pay fees
9. Signing the recruitment contract, or undertaking in the case of direct recruitment
10. The signature is done electronically by the employer

Service Centers

1. Log in to the system
2. Enter the employer’s file via the unified number, identity, nationality and date of birth
3. Select the procedure entry permit from the list
4. Enter the unified number of the assistant worker in case the worker is inside the country
5. Click Next
6. Complete the details
7. Attach the required documents
8. Pay fees
9. Signing the recruitment contract, or undertaking in the case of direct recruitment
10. The signature is done electronically by the employer.

Required Documents

• A copy of the employer’s passport
• A copy of the domestic worker’s passport
• A personal photo of the domestic worker – a copy of the medical examination results – a copy of the identity card typing receipt

Rules and Conditions

That the domestic worker entered the country on the entry permit or had modified the status- being medically fit
