Service Process

  • Submit the application and the required documents through the available channels

  • Obtaining a certified agency for litigation
  • Proof of attendance before the notary public by the available means

Rules and Conditions

  • If the Power of Attorney for litigation is for the lawyer, he must be licensed to practice the legal profession by the competent authorities.
  • The terms of the Power of Attorney should be clear, unambiguous, and without alteration or omission.
  • If the document is issued by a foreign entity, it must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • The document written in a language other than the Arabic language must be legally translated, with the translation certified by the Ministry of Justice.
  • If the principal is a representative, a legal power of attorney must be presented and he must abide by the powers granted to him by the principal and have the right to delegate another person.
  • The maximum validity of the agency is three calendar years from the date of authorization.
  • If the power of attorney for litigation is for a non-lawyer, the attorney must be a relative of the principal up to the fourth degree.
