Request to Submit a Grievance against the Prosecution Decision

• Submit the application and required documents through available channels.
• Pay the prescribed fees
• Communicate with the competent prosecution office using any available means, if required
• Receive a decision on the grievance

Required Documents

• A valid UAE ID card.
• A notarized Power of Attorney in case of proxy.
• The attorney's card or his representative in the event that the request is submitted by the attorney.
• The commercial license in case the application is submitted in the name of the license.
• The documents supporting the application, if any.
•  A memorandum explaining the reasons for the grievance.
