Service Process

1. Register/Log in to the system by providing valid credentials or by using UAE PASS via The Link
2. Select the procedure for renewing an work contract from the list of procedures in front of the name of the worker
3. Complete the details
4. Pay fees
5. After the contract is approved
6. Select the procedure to renew the existing residence permit from the list of services in front of the name of the worker
7. Fill out and complete the information
8. Attach the required documents
9. Pay fees

Mobile Application

1. Log in to the application by providing valid credentials
2. Go to the list of domestic workers
3. Click on the name of the domestic worker whose residence permit is to be renewed
4. Click on Services
5. Select service Renewal of work contract from the list of services
6. Complete the details
7. Pay fees
8. After the contract is approved
9. Select the procedure to renew the existing residence permit from the list of services in front of the name of the worker
10. Fill out and complete the details
11. Attach the required documents
12. Pay fees

1. Log in to the system
2. Enter the employer’s file via the unified number, identity, nationality and date of birth
3. Select the procedure for renewing an work contract from the list of procedures in front of the name of the worker
4. Complete the details
5. Pay fees
6. After the contract is approved
7. Select the procedure to renew the existing residence permit from the list of services in front of the name of the worker
8. Fill out and complete the information
9. Attach the required documents
10. Pay fees

Required Documents

• A copy of the employer’s passport
• A copy of the domestic worker’s passport
• A copy of the residence of the domestic worker
• Personal photo of the domestic worker

Rules and Conditions

That the residency of the domestic worker has a validity of less than 4 months.
